    My 30-minute free consultation is an opportunity for you to learn how I might be able to support you through what I do as a coach. It’s a chance for me to learn a bit about you, your background, goals, history, successes, failures, habits, barriers…your WHY, and understand how coaching support you.

  • Discovery Session

    This 75-minute deep dive coaching session is designed to get you “unstuck” & work out a solution for a specific challenge. Often improving our overall wellbeing feels so overwhelming that you might not even know where to start. As a coach, is my role to help create clarity & guide you to establish behaviours that generate action.

  • Foundation Coaching

    The health & wellbeing industry can be confusing, making it difficult to know where to start. This 12-week coaching program is designed to focus on the basics. Deep sleep, healthy gut, functional movement & a calm head. We can use these four core factors to build behaviours resulting in positive health outcomes.

Is coaching even for me?…

There is a lot expected of us these days. From working a full-time job or going to school, being a parent, or friend, partner, we need to exercise, eat well, keep our stress to a minimum, have fun & socialise, balance our finances and achieve every single one of them with a beautiful photo to share on social media for bragging rights. It’s not realistic, or at least not so on our own.

But even though all of that seems unachievable at times, there is nothing wrong with wanting MORE out of life and finding the balance. We have those moments where we’re highly motivated, then quickly feel let down by ourselves and question if we can ever actually make your aspirations happen. I truly believe we don’t need to be “perfect”, but we can certainly strive for more, and we need to learn how to pack away the yo-yo lifestyle and make results that stick…FOR GOOD!
