Hi, I’m Mallory,
the teacher behind Sway Wellness
I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate a mind-body connection, fostering awareness within their bodies through the transformative power of practice. My yoga sessions seamlessly blend strength, balance, and intentional movement, creating a thoughtfully creative & playful sequence. I have a degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology and received her 200-hr Vinyasa/Hatha training certification through School Yoga Institute in Guatemala. When not teaching yoga, I’m helping clients one-on-one overcome the day-to-day challenges both physically & mentally with personal training and health & wellbeing coaching. My ultimate aspiration is to give students an opportunity to be curious, and to use the practice as a conduit to get out of their heads & truly into their bodies, and hopes students leave my classes feeling inspired, invigorated, and equipped with newfound clarity to enhance their daily lives.
